August 59 (start of production) to mid October 1959 Mini pan half, these are a pressed copy of the first floors ever used in Mini production and made in house by us .
Please note the pair shown are just my reference set and may lack the finesse of sale items. Floors will be sent primer coated.
The small jacking point straighteners will come not welded to the floors so you can align them to your car.
We only did the tooling to do some part repairs for the floors on a customer early 59 car, obviously its a very rare floor and very few remain so if anyone does actually need them then please be aware I will make these to order only, hence the 15 day despatch. I have left extra on the tunnel side should you need it but will need curving on the car if you do.
I have fitted sections of these pressings we made to an original, very good surviving early 59 Mini, actually I did about 3/4 of the front pan only and joined across the step and they fitted very well. I did a some small sections of the ribs too and they are virtually bang on and could be used for spot repairs if needed.
Please note there is only one of the two larger holes drilled in the pan area as it was missing (rusted way) on the set I had, I didn't want to guess so this will be for you to drill in. Everything else is copied from an original pair. The small hole with a small square patch spot welded on one side is factory too but why, I'm afraid I don't know!
The 3 jig frame mounts each side for the factory production jigs are also included to keep them accurate.
